John King is amazing...I have worked with mortgage advisors over the years but none that take the time to really walk you through the process; moreover explain what is considered a weakness....and how the actual approval process works. He is explicit, articulate and clearly understands mortgage financing. There is certainly a value add component in dealing with John!

Originally I was working with another morgue company and it was a very unpleasant experience that left me wondering why i was doing this in the first place. I finally got fed up with all the nonsense and was referred to Janeen and my world changed! I went from talking to another company for almost two months and getting nowhere to clear to close in 6 days with Janeen . Jeneen and her team were very professional and the communication was second to none. I would recommend Janeen to anyone!!!
