We have not had a great number of experiences of buying a home, but this experience was by FAR the best and easiest we have ever had. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always available for questions and answered politely and quickly. He was very friendly and informative throughout the entire process as was everyone else he works with who had a reason to touch our loan process.
