We researched 3 other companies including our bank and current mortgage co for refinance. New American Funding was picked for 3 reasons. 1) Upfront, fantastic communication with dedicated service 2) the rates were great for our need and 3) New American effectively eased the process. Adam Nall is A+ and on top of the game. In such a rushed world we live in, we wanted this to be streamlined and it was accomplished without hassle.
