Thanks to Evan jumping on our application we were able to close timely. Our fear was that due to the Thanksgiving holiday break right after we after we put in our application that 4 four weeks to close was going to be an issue. The seller wanted to close fast. Evan did it!

Tara is amazing and she truly cares! She explains the process, helps and encourages you through the process, and celebrates with you when you complete the process!
