Miguel is awesome. His communication is top rate, always responding, even at times when he should not be in the office, and working closely with me to make sure I understood what was going on. I always felt comfortable talking with him and trusted that he was being honest with me at every stage in the process. He did not sugare coat but he was very empathetic and treated me as a human, not just another file in the que. I will definitely work with him again when I'm ready to remodel or upgrade.
