The underwriting staff is horrible..mr davey was fine but my loan is grossed up by $1000 for a non existent acct that no one could clarify with a simple call or email. I keep getting asked by "senior" staffer for a letter about this account and i keep telling her that a letter cannot be generated for online disputes. Further, my re taxes took weeks to post and there is a $25 late fee on account. This is the shoddiest loan i have ever had in 8 or 10 mortgages.
