Initially, to get me acclimated to the loan process, Tucker spent a Sunday morning at his office answering any and all questions I had. That's pretty impressive in and of itself, and the immediate personal service never changed throughout the whole process. His office was 100% responsive, quick, patient, and friendly. It was EASY to go through the process with Tucker and Lisa!!
