Kim was a superstar from beginning to end, she jumped in when my clients were already with another lender but did not have the best program to fit their needs. One phone call with Kim and they had a clear understanding of how much they were leaving on the table and switched to the programs Kim recommended immediately. All the way up to the closing day (Which she also attended) Kim was with me and my clients every step of the way.
