My previous mortgage sent a letter asking f I wanted to refi and take advantage of a lower interest rate. After 6 months of resending the same info over again with much of it time sensitive which required me to have that resent as well it eventually dropped me 10 points below their minimum credit score in order to do business with them. $500 down the drain and worse off than when I started.
