Mr. Alhumdi made the process smooth. Mortgages require alot of paperwork and the use of technology to process the application, Mr. Alhumdi provided clarification and remained accessible through out the process. I was able to have contact with a live person to discuss concerns and receive assistance with any issues that arose, including technological problems and those unexpected, unique problems that can't be accounted for in a computer program.
