This was the first experience I had purchasing a home by myself. I was absolutely clueless. Dave was unbelievable giving me direction. I appreciate his style. He is definitely a "get it done" guy. Working with Tae Kim was an amazing experience. I felt he truly represented me in searching for the best loan rate possible for my needs. With all that was going on so suddenly with the COVID 19 virus hitting this Country, Vicky remained calm, professional, and comforting! It has been difficult times for everyone, and not knowing if I would be able to close on my new home was scary, but Vicky kept reassuring me all would be ok.
