Rachel took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. When rates dropped to a lower rate after we had already started the process, she called to let us know the good news and how it would benefit us. I dont know for certain but it may have caused additional work for her, but it greatly benefited us. We have worked with her on two loan programs and she's always professional and fantastic!
