The loan processor was not on top of my loan file and did a very mediocre job. Everything had to be done at the very last minute in order to meet an already delayed closing. Although the service was wonderful towards the initial part of the loan, it became very sour towards the end.

Dave and his team were great! they responded to all my concerns within a timely manner and worked very hard to close my loan, he was honest and knowledgeable, flexible and very patient. My problem with this process was out of his scope of control. It was only with the appraiser assigned by the VA
