This is the 3rd or 4th loan we've done with Rob, Wendy, and Carly. Every time, they've been VERY fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I like that they underwrite your file upfront so you know exactly what you qualify for. Plus, Rob and his team are very nice people who take a lot of pride in their work.
