Occasionally we would inquire about current rates as we were interested in refinancing and regardless of the work she would always run the numbers for us. Finally the numbers made sense and we refinanced both of our properties. She made herself available for questions all hours of the days. Her responses were prompt and very clear. The entire process was painless and I always felt informed. I would definitely do it again. NAF is where we refer our family and friends needing refinancing advice.
