Wes helped us refi. He took the time to explain when we had questions and never tired when we asked for further explanation. He responded to emails and calls in a timely fashion and was upfront during the entire process. We never met personally, but built a rapport quickly over the phone. He's a standup guy and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. In fact, i have.

My experience with New American Funding, and specifically loan officer Zachary Brock and processor Debora Strong, was outstanding. I was hesitant at first to refinance my mortgage through online processes, but am so glad that I did. I had a million questions and all were patiently answered. I am confident I made a good decision.
