Belinda has been a very dedicated professional along with my realtor who guided me through the entire process of buying my condo with hardly any stress. I must say that it wasn't stress-free for them AT ALL however they made miracles happen in the back ground, managing and overcoming the many challenges while allowing me to focus on my work, keeping me inform of minimal but necessary requirements protecting me from unnecessary pressure or worry. They took on many burdens on my behalf to make this process a success for me. They are outstanding and reliable women i will forever be thankful to have met and have fully trusted. They came up with a creative financing solution for me at the 11th hour with a very tight close date and a myriad of technical issues. Very easy to work with and customer-focused. If I refinance or buy another home I'll be going with these guys even if they don't have the absolute best mortgage rate; worth an extra $50 a month in peace of mind insurance.

Me and my partner initially started our journey with New American Funding due to the fact that we were planning on building a home; They were the bank of choice for the builder. We ended up purchasing a home already built and we decided to stay with NAF because from the beginning they were nothing but polite, helpful and eager to work with us in any way the could. They are truly professionals and not to mention very speedy but I could not be happier with their caring and personal service.
