When I first called Jeff he was on Vacation. He stopped what he was doing and advised me he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes as soon as he got to his computer. Within 30 minutes Jeff called me back and got my wife and I pre-approved for our loan, this was vital in acquiring the contract on our home. this sense of urgency and level of customer service continued through out the entire loan process. Jeff walked us through each step. I loan process went very smoothly. Communication lines were excellent. Jeff was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get our loan. I applied for financing with three different mortgage companies. I was strung along, mostly ignored, and ultimately denied by two others, but not the Glick team! They were in constant communication with me, updating me on my status, letting me know what they needed from me, as well as steps I could take to help myself and ensure I was getting the best rate. We really enjoyed working with Kim Lorenzana in purchasing our dream home. Kim's experience and expertise made the process very quick and smooth. She was always quick to respond via email, and she was always avaialble to meet if needed. As rates fluctuate sporadically, she spent her time finding one that is best. One incident that we remember most was when she called us on the day the city had to evacuate due to a hurricane. She called us to make sure we understood the details of the signing once we come back, and then she wished us a safe trip. It was a small gesture, but it made her very personable. I highly recommend working with Kim.
