We worked with Brandon Hargrove, Branch Manager, New American Funding, to recently refinance our house, and he was awesome. Brandon has a thorough knowledge of mortgage products and is a true professional. He was upfront with "true" cost estimates and very responsive throughout the process. With Brandon, it was a pleasure and relief that I never felt like I was just a sales quota number like many other lenders who solicited me for refinancing.

A big thank you to Dan and his team of professionals for helping us to secure a home mortgage loan prior to closing on our new home. The whole process went so much smoother than we anticipated. We refinanced our home and are now saving over $350 per month! David was very informative and in contact with us during the whole transaction and it took less than a month to complete.
