So many houses I choose and Karen was always there for me to do the worksheets and guide through the process. This rate that Karen delivered on for me was the best I have ever had while owning or purchasing a home. Very prompt, always responded even outside of normal hours and it was a great to know that she had my best interest in mind long and short term.

Being from Illinois and buying in Florida, I reached out to Debby Higgins who I’ve done business with in Illinois and she put me in touch with Karen Solgard. Karen and I made contact and after the first couple minutes, I knew I had the right person and company for my loan. Karen is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. She guided me through some really tough times due to me dealing with a very terrible builder, which was a 17 month nightmare. She was very patient with me even calling her on the weekend! Lol! Denise was wonderful to work with. We had two homes that had issues with inspection and appraisal this was very stressful. Denise was so positive and helpful to ease the aggravation. Once the third time around she made everything happen in a couple of weeks, that in it self was amazing . Denise knew we had a deadline to close and made it happen. Very grateful to have had Denise to work with .

We were working long distance and the service and patience demonstrated by the team at New American Funding lead by our team leader (Stephanie) was wonderful. We were not the best at supplying all the material they needed but thru their patient and council were able to meet every deadline and close on time. Thanks again NAF!!!
