Al was always available to take my calls and answered all my questions. I felt like I could talk to him and he didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I called a little later in the day. He also explained everything in a clear and easy to understand manner for someone not familiar with all the technical jargon and real estate lingo.

She communicates well and with enthusiasm and positiveness. I was aware of what was going on each step of the way. This was especially important as, unlike the selling of my home, I was the one communicating between the realtor and the loan officer in many cases. I chose NAIF and it was my responsibility to keep the lines of communication open. Doing all of this long-distance was an added kink, but Kerry made it easy.
