He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. He kept me up to speed through the process about where we were at and things that would be needed. I felt no pressure to make a decision before I was ready. He explained what would be expected in different situations (buy new home, buy current home, build new home) and the advantages and disadvantages from a financing standpoint.
