Jonathan & his team were fantastic to work with! I contacted him on a weekend while he was in the middle of traveling back from vacation. Despite a whole day of travel he jumped right on it & I had my preapproval letter that night. Not only did he, Mark and Lucine step in when another lender couldn’t get it done but they were able to make it happen in record time. What was supposed to be a 30 day escrow closed in 18 days w/ a holiday. I highly recommend Jonathan & his team! Thank you all!
