I don't mind working with on-line entities, but I felt I wanted to work with an organization that has some level of physical presence in a brick and mortar location. New American Financial was one of the few other than banks. Jon McCuskey was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have some issues with our loan, but Jon helped us through it and all came our well. No other lender even offered to TRY to help. Jon offered right up front. This is one of our easiest home loan/re-fi experiences!
