Ofelia, was able to jump through hoops and over hurdles due to our situation which everyone would avoid. She surpassed her normal call of duty and went above and beyond her call of duty. You are lucky to have an employee with her potential. I wish I had people of her caliber in my workplace. It was a rough time during our home buying process with many obsticles.
