I first started looking into different loan companies, only to be told I would never qualify. From day one Mr. Martinez was upfront there could be challanges, however he would do everything possible to secure my loan. Every step of the process he helped me through. It was very apparent he takes his job very serious. Even more important I could see he truly cared. I have no doubt in my mind without his perseverance I would not have my home today. I'm so thankful to him and everyone on his team

Mark was very professional and was always available at any time I had a question. My calls never went unanswered. Even while on vacation. He really did bend over backwards for us. For that my family is ever so grateful.

Everything went good with Scott. He is friendly. And explained things well to me. Although it seems like he gets "annoyed" with certain questions I may ask, Like if I'm a pain in the neck to him. hehehe. Well EVERYBODY gets annoyed with me really. Nothing new. Lol. All in Scott was A1 service to us! A quality worker!
