Vance did a fantastic job in making sure that our loan closed flawlessly. He went above and beyond to communicate to all appropriate parties and worked the loan the minute we sent him the contract package. He was available whenever we needed him, was friendly, hardworking with fast service. He closed our loan during the stress of the COVID19 pandemic and made sure everything went through without a problem! We are very thankful for all he has done for getting us into our forever home!
