The whole experience of the refinance was so easy. Valarie let us know that she was with us all the way in case we had any issues/questions/problems. Whether it was by way of e-mail or phone, she would be there with response very quickly!

Steve Jenkins was our loan processer with New American Funding. They are all professional, polite, knowledgeable, and caring. With Steve, the loan process was made much more comfortable because all questions were answered and explained thoroughly without making us feel like we were taking up their time.

First i would like to thanks you to alnord esparza garcia..to make my dream come true...and thanks to New American finding.. this company and alnord.. help me to buy own house when 2 bank declined my application. .because my credit score was 6.55...plus alnord and new American funding..give me the lower percentage of the market.. thanks you again ????????
