I was so fortunate to get Diana Lombard as my Loan Consultant at New American Funding (NAF). She listened to what I needed and helped me pick the right mortgage loan for me. She answered my calls and emails quickly which gave me a lot of confidence. As quickly as I provided the required documents, she handled her end. The NAF website made it easy to submit and sign documents. It was amazing how easy the process was from my first call to closing. I highly recommend Diana Lombard and NAF!
