My experience with Michael Riley was that he was extremely conscientious, patient and had an outstanding work-ethic. Mr. Riley worked tirelessly, and would go head and shoulders above the call of duty; calling me on weekends, evenings and holidays, all to ensure that my loan process was going smoothly and that I understood each step. He assisted me with parts of the process (mostly technology related) that weren't even his responsibility. Mr. Riley has a kind heart but is also very competent. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him as your agent. A. Lane
