The mortgage funding experience with New American Funding and Jason Baumhover was excellent. Jason was always very clear and helpful and professional. His instructions for document submitting were clear. He always acknowledged receipt of any documents that I emailed to him. When I had a question, which was not often, he was ready to answer and once even went over and above the call of duty responding on a weekend. The underwriting process went very well also. Overall, a great experience. If and when I am able to upgrade my home, I will return to use NAF and Jason again. Thank you!
