Our loan process closed in a timely manner and Brian made it great! His knowledge and understanding of this business, and how it all works made this process go so much smoother. He returns calls and/or messages right away. He always answered the questions my wife and I had, and/or ensured the underwriter and/or loan processor received the required documents in a timely manner. This is the guy you want to clone, hardworking ensuring that my interest (literally) was in good hands.

As a first time home buyer, Wayne did a great job walking me through the overall process of understanding what it would take to be approved and then to process a home loan. He served as an excellent point of contact for when I needed to coordinate information between the seller's side of the sale as well as sharing information with my real estate agent and other parties.
