I had a great experience working with New American Funding. I always knew what was expected of me and if I had any questions it was very easy to get someone on the phone to guide me through the process. My preapproval with New American Funding was taken more seriously by sellers because New American Funding had an underwriter look at my loan prior to giving me a pre approval(took 2 days). This helped me out as I bid on a property that went into a multi bid situation. After my offer was accepted I successfully closed with within 45 days. I am very happy with my experience at New American Funding and will absolutely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to others.

He served as an excellent point of contact for when I needed to coordinate information between the seller's side of the sale as well as sharing information with my real estate agent and other parties.
