I recently closed on my home here in Las Vegas. New American did my mortgage work. Leading an excellent team was Josh Nardi. They were professional, tried and succeeded in getting us what we wanted at a great savings and did it all with exceptional expediency. Josh is an affable, considerate and serious mortgage consultant, backed by an impeccable support group. As a retired Developer who has closed on 225+ homes, they get my highest recommendation. As a consumer, even higher!!!

Home purchase is one of the hardest decision in our lifetime; it's a biggest change in one’s life which can make a person feel very insecure with all the uncertainty in the meticulous financial and chronological plans one had made. It all started with Josh Nardi, the front man of Karen’s team who gave me the original estimate. Everyone on her team worked so diligently to accommodate my busy schedule, had made it all possible. My agent and I were overwhelmingly impressed with Karen's team!

Steve and his team were amazing. Steve Schauer was very professional and explained entire loan process in detail. Loan was going through very smoothly and we were very satisfied . A great person and company to work with.

Amazing and Patient.... It's amazing how 3 little words can describe my experience with Jim Benvenuti. He practiced patience with me from the second I started looking for a home. I work from sun up to sun down and when I tell you that this man made himself available to me at the most inopportune times for him, it is no exaggeration. He also walked me through every pieces of paperwork, inspection, etc. needed to close on my dream home. If I ever go to buy another home, you can bet I'll use Jim. He's the best!!

Karen Sjodin – NewAmerican Funding It is my sincere opinion that the customer service that my husband and I have received over the past six months or more has just been exceptional. These “top-notch” employees helped make the process of buying a new home effortless. They seem to truly care about the community and the families that they assist throughout the process from start to finish. The camaraderie and team support amongst these three individuals is superior to any that I have ever notice in the industry. Thus, because of the job that each of them has in representing your company, you should be aware of the positive impact it really has on your customers, the community and the public that they serve daily. Although, I may seem audacious in saying this to you in response to my survey reply, I feel confident in my straightforwardness in offering you my honest opinion. If I owned either of the companies that they work for, I wouldn’t be so silent in my gratitude towards them. If it were up to me, generous bonuses, salary increases along with substantial company perks would be bestowed on them without any further reluctance. Customer satisfaction of this quality just doesn’t happen by chance. Such outstanding customer service performance by any employee is worth being mentioned and signified by a “stamp of approval” by their employers at head office. To me, dropping a mere note in their employee file is simply not enough. No, just leaving it at that would be an insult to the daily effort they make in helping you build your company. Now, why would I say this? Because, obtaining and keeping top-notch employees such as these can be the driving force to the assurance of being amongst the many companies listed on Forbes 100 Best Companies to Work For. Thus, I hope that my response to this survey does not fall on deaf ears…that would be a shame. Reluctantly, with our escrow soon ending, our association with these three individuals will soon come to an end. Nonetheless, our respect and admiration for them will remain everlasting.
