Don Vucinich is an Outstanding Loan agent. My real estate purchase closed exactly on time. I know that was also the result of Jimmy Williams' hard work. The closing was no easy task. The seller's realtor requested a 30 day closing instead of a 45 day closing. The were many challenges and each was surpassed with expertise. You will not be in better loan hands than Don Vucinich. This was seriously the BEST experience of my life. Jackie and Michelle are the dynamic duo partnership! I felt like I had my best friends next to me throughout buying our home. Their attention to detail and answering every question we had was second to none. All military and veterans would appreciate the quality of customer service Jackie and her team provides! Thomas is the guy to have on your side! He is a bulldog getting what you need but very calming to deal with. He will always pick up his phone! Day, night, weekend doesn't matter. I purchased my home with New American Funding and then just recently I did a re-fi with them to lower my interest rate. The best thing about doing business with this company is that they don't sell your mortgage and making your payments online is super easy. Also Karen Sjodin's team made everything so easy for communication, e-signing docs, and uploading necessary docs to their secure web portal. The entire process is painless and they worked really hard on my part. I would recommend them if you are purchasing or just doing a re-fi.

The big banks would not work with me. Jackie walked me through ways to improve my credit score so I could get a better APR. Then, she got me approved!! I will be eternally grateful to her and all staff at New American Funding!!!
