Dan and his team are amazing! They truly care about your future and not just selling you a house. They worked hard at guiding us in the right direction with our credit scores to make sure we got a lower APR and saved money in the long run, which was very important to us. We were also able to close on our house in 3 weeks, which was fast and just what we wanted! Jeff McGowan was an amazing lender. I would recommend his services to anyone. My significant other and I first met Jeff in a first time home buyers class. That was a 1 1/2 ago. At the time we were not ready to purchase. However, Jeff stayed in contact with us and reached out to us to check in. I randomly came across a listing (which is now our home). I contacted Jeff and he got us a pre-approval the same day. Jeff was quick and got us to close in one month. He processed all documents quickly and emailed and texted me through out the whole process. I am now closed and in my home. If you are a first time home buyer then Jeff is your guy.
