Easy refi process (as easy as these laborious tasks can be). Doug is very responsive and great at answering our many questions. Managing the mass of papers was less painful with electronic signature and uploading through a secure site. We got done in about 3 weeks and saved $450/month.

We just completed the loan on our new house with New American. Jay and the whole team were amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. He was there to provide several pre-qualifying letters, help problem solve when our house did not sell and he was there to support us through all the emotional ups and downs.
