David, where do I begin? I've bought and sold multiple homes in the past few years. Worked with many people while buying and selling in different states and cities. I've never had someone go out of their way and help me like David Howard. I was no easy client for him either. VA loan, not very good credit...David made it happen. I lost my temper a few times with him during the stress of it all but he didn't waiver. I applaud his work ethic, knowledge, but above all else...his kindness. I strongly recommend going through Melanie Braum at New American Financing when you want to refinance your home mortgage. I just finished doing that with her and was very pleased with the results. She was very experienced, knowlegeable and helpful. Melanie kept me informed every step of the way. The entire process went much faster than I expected. She really knows her job.
