Ben Binger and his team were incredibly helpful with our home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions and Ben and Ashley were able to provide answers to everything we asked. Our closing process went very smooth and we were able to close within just 3 weeks of our offer being accepted. We also got a great house and a great interest rate while having just okay credit.
