We used New American for our refi. Alex took the time to tell us exactly what needed to be done so that we could achieve the best interest rate possible as well as thoroughly explained all the options for refi that were available to us. This was such a major financial decision for us and we had lost of questions and Alex too the time to answer all our questions and further explain the implications of each option.
