After talking to Alex for only a few minutes, it was obvious that he is extremely competent and good at his job: he is knowledgable, patient, articulate, and was able to explain the process/concepts in simple and easy-to-understand ways. Every step of the process seemed efficient, secure and well-planned. After switching from another lender last-minute, Alex was able to help us close on time while saving us money - I cannot recommend him highly enough!
