My wife and I had just refinanced in Spring 19 and despite the drop in interest rates the past few months we weren't thinking about taking advantage. Then Amber reached out and showed us our options and the potential savings we would have by refinancing with an even lower interest rate. We were able to refinance and lower our monthly payments without changing the term of our loan!
