Taylor is never to busy to take a phone call or answer a text. The entire refinance was a fantastic experience as Taylor was present every step of the way. No question went unanswered there were no concerns or hesitation to finance with him as my agent. This is the 3rd time I have had Taylor as my loan agent for the purchase and refinance of a home.
