I called New American after starting the process with another company that’s starts with the letter Q. Daniel was who I talked to and asked if could have the opportunity to see what he could do. I did NOT tell him what other companies rate or fees were. Well he came back and beat both. The process went smooth and if I had a question Daniel responded the same day. Other company kept calling. I told them they had been beat. Of course they said we can match that. Nope too late. Thank you New Americ
