Easy peasy refinance during COVID-19 quarantine. I’ve worked with Shawn for three purchases/refinances and he’s always excellent to work with. His industry knowledge is bar none making what could be a stressful experience easy and seamless. The entire refinance transaction was completed online because of the shelter-in-place order. . Shawn secured for me a 2.875% interest rate on a 15-year loan for my Bay Area condo. I highly recommend Shawn for anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance.

From my 1st initial inquiry ….. this company caught my attention. There was never any pressure - just guidance. I spoke via phone to several different service representatives within several different capacities and I was always met with friendliness and enthusiasm. And, I had many questions along the process.
