ALMA WAS GREAT! SHE INFORMED ME ALL THE ITEMS I NEEDED. SHE ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. SHE MADE THE TRANSITION VERY SMOOTH BY LETTING ME KNOW WHICH LOAN PHASE I WAS IN BY EMAIL IN THE LOAN PROCESS.

Amber seemed to be very diligent on getting me a better mortgage rate and was very quick to get me all the information I needed and get all the required documents together when needed. She seems very intelligent about her field of work and emailed back quickly with any questions I needed answered. Everyone on her team was great as well.
