We had been renting the house we enjoyed until the owners wanted to sell. Forced into either looking for a new place or being able to buy the place we lived we really needed a good mortgage solution. Joe and the New American team (Jessica,Jesse,Johnny) were able to get it done. They got us a great rate despite added complications due to the coronavirus, and wonderfully all was done remotely as well. Certainly some good news for us and we're very happy to be customers - and not having to move!
