Rebecca was extremely easy to communicate with and she was very accommodating to my time schedule daily. The loan process was smooth, undemanding for paperwork and very easy to grasp and manage. I’ve purchased a home previously through Veterans United Home Loans and the process at New American Funding was just as simple and timely if not easier to complete. Jon was able to get a VA loan completed on time and the rate lowered prior to closing! My client was a first time home buyer and Jon walked him thru the process so he was totally comfortable with the transaction. I have used Jon as my "go to" lender for a number of years and would highly recommend using him for a smooth closing!
