When we met the 1st day we could tell right away we were with a professional yet down to earth person. Even when I had my "freak out" moments, worrying that I was doing something wrong with the on- line processes, I was set at ease. Everything went so smooth. I refinanced my home during the Covid-19 pandemic like many others. However despite how busy Jim Bromwell was during this surge in the market, he did an outstanding job maintaining communication during the entire process. He was always easily reached through email or by phone. He made sure that I had all of my ducks in row, so when the market was just right, we could lock in a prime rate. I ended up saving 1.375%! Overall the whole experience was very easy and informative. Five stars.
