Bruce is awesome! He went out of his way for me many times to get paperwork signed. I run an in home daycare and my days are hectic and sometimes, I miss my emails and he would send me a text reminding me to check my email or he would drive over to my home for items that needed to be signed with ink or pick up paperwork that could not be emailed to him. Matt and his team were upfront and honest about all aspects of the process, including associated fees and continuously changing rates. We had frequent contact throughout the entire process which was especially important given the current situation with Covid-19. All our questions were answers thoroughly and quickly at any time of day.
